Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• Reservations for the selected dining item are created automatically under the booker's name once the package is confirmed, so no separate reservation request is required.
• This package requires prepayment at the time of booking. If prepayment is not completed successfully with a valid card, the reservation will not be confirmed.
• Prepayment must be made with a card issued in the name of the registered guest, and the physical card used for prepayment must be presented at check-in. (If the booker and the guest are different, a card not held in the actual guest's name cannot be used for payment.)
• Free cancellation is available until 18:00, 14 days prior to check-in. Please note that refunds of prepaid amounts may take up to 30 days depending on the card company's processing schedule.
• Cancellation and refund are not permitted from 13 days prior to check-in.
• A maximum of two "2026 SDC Night Getaway" packages may be booked per person.
• Even for different hotels or different package types, bookings are limited to a total of two when the personal information of the booker or guest — name, phone number, or email address — is identical.
• The "2026 SDC Night Getaway" package is non-transferable under any circumstances, and the guest's identity will be verified at check-in.
• If the "2026 SDC Night Getaway" package is transferred or resold to a third party for commercial purposes, the hotel may cancel the reservation without prior notice. In such cases, only a cancellation confirmation will be provided, and the hotel accepts no responsibility for any resulting disadvantage.
• In the event of a No-Show on the date of check-in, the total amount will be charged as a penalty and no refund will be issued.
• On the relevant date, fireworks-view rooms will be assigned only to the "SDC Fireworks Festival" package.
• Check-in for the "2026 SDC Night Getaway" package is available from 16:00, and check-out is at 11:00.
• Dining benefits included in the "2026 SDC Night Getaway" package are provided for two persons; additional charges apply for extra guests.
• Depending on the organizer's program and launch location, the viewing range may vary by hotel and by room. Same-day cancellation, refund, and room change are not permitted on these grounds.
• Reservation changes cannot be made by phone. To modify your reservation, please cancel the existing booking within the cancellation period and make a new reservation. (Please note that rebooking may not be available if the desired offer is sold out.)
