Operation and Management Policy for Visual Information Processing Devices

Legal Basis and Purpose of Installation Seobu T&D Co., Ltd. (Seoul Dragon City Hotel) installs and operates visual information processing devices in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act for the following purposes:
1) Facility safety, fire prevention, and theft deterrence
2) Preventing crimes to protect the safety of guests
3) Preventing vehicle theft and damage

Number, Location, and Scope of Devices Installed Seobu T&D Co., Ltd. (Seoul Dragon City Hotel) posts notices at each CCTV installation site that provide the following information:
1) Purpose and location of installation
2) Scope and hours of recording
3) Name and contact details of the person responsible for management

Recording Hours, Retention Period, Storage Location, and Handling Method All activities related to the use of personal visual information—such as use beyond its intended purpose, provision to third parties, destruction, or access requests—are recorded and managed. Information retained for more than 30 days is permanently deleted using an unrecoverable method (e.g., shredding or incineration of printed materials).

Entrustment of Installation and Management of Visual Information Processing Devices Seobu T&D Co., Ltd. (Seoul Dragon City Hotel) entrusts the installation and management of visual information processing devices to the service provider listed below. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the outsourcing contract includes provisions to ensure that personal information is managed securely.

Method and Location for Accessing Personal Visual Information Individuals wishing to access their personal visual information must contact the designated video information manager in advance. Access to CCTV recordings involving a specific individual is only permitted under police supervision. For public interest purposes, footage may only be provided to the police upon presentation of a valid warrant.

Response to Requests for Access, Confirmation, or Deletion of Visual Information Data subjects may request to access, confirm the existence of, or delete their personal visual information at any time by contacting the operator of the visual information processing devices. Such requests are limited to footage in which the individual is clearly identifiable, or when the information is urgently required to protect the life, physical safety, or property of the data subject.

Security Measures for the Protection of Visual Information Visual information processed by Seobu T&D Co., Ltd. (Seoul Dragon City Hotel) is securely managed. Access rights are granted at different levels depending on roles and responsibilities. To prevent unauthorized access or tampering, detailed logs are maintained, recording the creation time of the footage, as well as the identity, access time, and purpose of each viewer. All footage is stored in controlled areas, and devices are secured with ID and password authentication.

Changes to the Visual Information Processing Policy This Visual Information Processing Policy shall take effect on the stated effective date. In the event of any additions, deletions, or amendments due to changes in applicable laws or internal policies, Seoul Dragon City will notify users of the reason and details of such changes at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date via announcements on its website.
