· Article 1 The membership is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
· Article 2 Membership cards and vouchers are only valid during their stated period and cannot be extended./dt>
· Article 3 Membership cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member. Lending, transferring, or sharing with others is strictly prohibited.
· Article 4 The membership card cannot be used as a credit card.
· Article 5 Members must present their membership card at the time of hotel use in order to enjoy any benefits. For room-related benefits, the specific benefit must be communicated or presented during reservation or at check-in.
· Article 6 In the event of loss, theft, or damage to the membership card, the member must immediately notify the hotel.
· Article 7 Membership benefits may not be combined with other hotel promotions or discounts.
· Article 8 The hotel reserves the right to modify, add, or cancel parts of the membership operation and benefits at its discretion.
· Article 9 The hotel may send promotional materials, including emails, SMS messages, and direct messages (DM), to members for the purpose of sharing hotel-related information and joint benefit program offers.
· Article 10 A refund request may be made within one month of the issuance date. In such cases, the membership card and all unused vouchers must be returned to the hotel. If any part of the membership or vouchers has been used, a refund will not be issued.
· Article 11 The hotel may suspend or terminate membership under any of the following conditions:
1. If the member provides false information during registration
2. If the member violates the terms and conditions
3. If the member engages in conduct deemed by the hotel to be in conflict with management policy or to damage the reputation or rights of other members
4. If the member uses the membership card for inappropriate purposes
5. In the event of suspension or termination of membership, the annual fee will not be refunded.
· Article 12 Use of the membership card and vouchers may be subject to additional operational policies and restrictions.
· Article 13 The hotel reserves the right of final interpretation of all membership benefits and program operations.
· Article 14 Members who renew within one month after the expiration date may be eligible for additional benefits.

· 멤버십 카드 및 제공된 이용권은 인터넷 거래 및 매매가 불가하며 발견 시, 회원 자격이 박탈될 수 있습니다.
· 모든 이용권과 회원 카드는 멤버십 APP에서 디지털 발급됩니다.
· 모든 이용권 및 회원카드는 회원 본인만 사용 가능하며, 타인에게 양도 불가능합니다.
