Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. - Access may be restricted due to weather conditions, private events, or other circumstances, and we kindly ask for your understanding that this may also apply to guests with existing reservations. - A full refund will be provided if rainfall of 10mm or more is forecast by the Korea Meteorological Administration 2 hours prior to opening on the day of use. - Menus and prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on operational circumstances. - Guests may be held responsible for any damage to facilities, equipment, or furnishings. - Due to limited space in the changing rooms, locker use may be restricted. Guests are advised to keep personal belongings with them. - The venue is not responsible for the loss of valuables. Please keep your belongings secure. - Outside food is not permitted, except for cakes purchased at the hotel. - To ensure a pleasant and safe environment, entry may be restricted if capacity limits are exceeded. - Guests who may affect public safety and hygiene may be restricted from using the facility (e.g., fever of 37°C or higher, eye infections, skin conditions, or other infectious diseases). - Guests using Cabana City are entitled to 3 hours of complimentary parking (valet service excluded). - Valet parking is available at the lobby entrance on the 1st floor at a fee of KRW 27,000.
