Closed days

Monday–Thursday

During the period when the Novotel swimming pool is closed on weekdays, in-house guests may use the swimming pool on the 6th floor of Grand Mercure as an alternative facility.

Please note that access is limited to the swimming pool only, and the use of other facilities such as the sauna and fitness center is not available. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Caution

- Wearing a swim cap is mandatory.
- Children under the age of 3 should wear a waterproof nappy.
- Children under the age of 13 should be accompanied with guardian when entering the swimming pool.
Children under 130cm must wear a life jacket or puddle jumper.
- Tubes, snorkels, or other floating equipment are not permitted in the pool.
- For safety, the no diving and underwater swimming policy must be adhered to.
- Guests with excessive tattoos or signs of intoxication that may cause discomfort to others may be restricted from entry.
- If a violation of the safety regulation occurs, you will be immediately asked to leave the facility.
- The hotel is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to violations of safety rules
- The Fitness Center is exclusively available to in-house guests and members. Entry and use by non-registered external guests are not permitted.
- No food or beverages other than water are allowed in the pool area.
