Parking Terms of Use
“Seobu T&D Co., Ltd. Seoul Dragon City” (hereinafter the “Hotel”) places great importance on the safety and convenience of guests (hereinafter the “User”) who use the parking facilities operated by Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel and Residences Seoul Yongsan, Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan, Novotel Ambassador Seoul Yongsan and ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Yongsan. Accordingly, the Hotel has established the following Parking Terms of Use in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the User, applicable fees and the scope of liability, and to ensure that any grievance arising during use is handled smoothly. Through these Terms, the Hotel informs the User of the basis on which fees are charged and the scope of liability that applies. Should these Terms be amended, the Hotel will provide notice through the announcements section of its website (or by individual notice).
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights and obligations, fees and scope of liability of guests (hereinafter the "User") who use the parking facilities operated by Seoul Dragon City (Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel and Residences Seoul Yongsan, Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan, Novotel Ambassador Seoul Yongsan, ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Yongsan; hereinafter the "Hotel").
Article 2 (Eligible Users and Definitions)
1. "Self-parking" means the method by which the User personally drives and parks the vehicle in a parking space.
2. "Valet parking" means the service whereby the User hands over the vehicle key to a Hotel (or outsourced operator) employee at a designated location, and the employee parks and retrieves the vehicle on the User's behalf.
3. The parking facilities are primarily intended for hotel guests and users of hotel facilities such as food & beverage outlets, banquets and the fitness club. Use for other purposes (such as general visitor parking) is also available on a paid basis.
Article 3 (Hours of Use and Fees)
Parking fees are as follows. Payment may be made by credit card or in cash.

Fees applicable to hotel guests and non-guests are as follows. .

Valet parking KRW 27,000 per use, charged separately from the self-parking fee

※ The above fees are subject to change in accordance with operational policy. Any change will be announced in advance on the Hotel website and on notices posted within the parking facility.
Article 4 (Valet Parking Service)
1. When using valet parking, the User shall hand the vehicle key directly to the attending employee. Handover through a third party is not recommended. 2. The User shall remove valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle before handing it over for valet parking. The Hotel shall not be liable for the loss of items left inside the vehicle.
3. Valet parking employees shall manage the User's vehicle with the duty of care of a good manager. The Hotel shall be liable in accordance with applicable laws for damage to or accidents involving a vehicle caused by the wilful misconduct or negligence of such employees.
4. Depending on on-site conditions, time may be required between the vehicle retrieval request and its delivery.
5. Valet parking fees shall follow the fee schedule by user category set out in Article 3.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
1. The User shall park within the designated parking spaces in the prescribed manner. Parking outside designated areas — including driveways, spaces reserved for persons with disabilities and fire lane areas — is prohibited.
2. The speed limit within the parking facility is 4 km/h, and the User shall comply with it.
3. The User shall remove valuables from the vehicle in advance and must lock the vehicle when leaving it. The Hotel shall not be liable for the loss or theft of valuables left inside the vehicle.
4. If the User causes damage to the parking facility or to the property of others, the User shall compensate for such damage.
5. Bringing flammable or explosive materials, other hazardous substances or foul-smelling items into the parking facility is prohibited.
6. In the event of a vehicle accident, fire or other abnormal situation, the User shall immediately notify Guest Service (T. 02-2223-7000) or the Security Team.
7. Vehicles exceeding the height or weight limits shall contact Guest Service in advance.
Article 6 (Restrictions on Parking)
The Hotel may refuse parking in the following cases.

1. Where parking is impossible or difficult due to the structure of the vehicle
2. Vehicles loaded with combustible or flammable substances
3. Where the vehicle is used to conduct business activities within the parking facility
4. Vehicles likely to damage the structure or equipment of the parking facility
5. Where the User violates reasonable instructions given by the Hotel
6. Where there is any other justifiable ground for refusal in terms of parking facility management
7. Where the parking facility is used by improper means, such as false discount registration, evasion of parking fees or misuse of the entry and exit system
Article 7 (Prohibition of Improper Use)
1. Use of the parking facility by improper means — including false discount registration, evasion of parking fees and misuse of the entry and exit system — is prohibited.
2. Vehicles found to have used the parking facility by improper means, or repeatedly confirmed to have done so, may be restricted from future use of the facility and may be subject to civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.
Article 8 (Collection and Use of Information)
The Hotel may collect and use necessary information, including CCTV footage and contact details displayed on vehicles, for the purpose of operating the parking facility and verifying improper use. Such matters shall be handled in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.
Article 9 (Scope of the Hotel's Liability and Exemptions)
1. The Hotel shall manage and operate the parking facility with a reasonable level of due care, including the installation of CCTV and regular patrols.
2. In the case of self-parking, the Hotel shall not be liable for damage to or theft of a vehicle, or the loss of items inside a vehicle, occurring while parked, unless the Hotel's wilful misconduct or gross negligence is clearly proven.
3. In the case of valet parking, the Hotel shall be liable, in accordance with applicable laws and Article 4, for accidents occurring while a Hotel (or outsourced operator) employee is in charge of the vehicle.
4. The Hotel's liability may be limited with respect to accidents occurring during parking not related to use of the Hotel (such as general visits or use of nearby facilities).
5. The Hotel shall not be liable for damage arising from force majeure events such as natural disasters or power outages.
6. This Article shall apply only to the extent that it does not contravene the provisions of the Civil Act concerning the liability of public accommodation providers, or other applicable laws.
Article 10 (Vehicle Towing and Related Measures)
1. For vehicles left for an extended period (24 hours or more) outside designated parking spaces, or vehicles obstructing fire safety or general safety, the Hotel may take necessary measures such as towing after prior notice.
2. Towing costs shall be borne by the User who caused the situation.
Article 11 (Procedures in the Event of an Accident)
1. Upon discovering an accident within the parking facility (vehicle damage, collision, theft, etc.), causing damage to the parking facility or another vehicle, or sustaining damage to one's own vehicle caused by another party, the User shall stop immediately and report the matter to Guest Service (T. 02-2223-7000) or the Security Team (T. 02-2223-7559).
2. Upon receiving a report, the Hotel shall immediately inspect the site and conduct a fact-finding investigation, including review of CCTV footage, and shall report the matter to the police where necessary.
3. The outcome of the accident handling shall be communicated to the User in accordance with relevant regulations, and where insurance processing is required, the relevant procedures shall be explained.
Article 12 (Amendment of the Terms)
The Hotel may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws. Any amendment shall be announced on the Hotel website and on notices posted within the parking facility from seven (7) days prior to the effective date.
Article 13 (Effective Date)
These Terms shall take effect on July 15, 2026.
